RotaCloud is the workforce management software that makes work simple for growing businesses. From building rotas and managing time off requests to tracking attendance and running payroll, this cloud-based system ensures that staff and employers are always on the same page. Ease of use, the team can see all shift patterns, recording of leave and reports function.

Cons:

More customisation in the reports function (the ability to remove past employees by default before 12 months is past)

Excellent product, makes managing staff hours and holidays really easy

We tried another company before which really put us off rota software however, as a small team we really wanted to streamline our processes and with some trepidation tried to find another provider. RotaCloud offered what we wanted and suits our small team. The staff love having all the data on their phones for hours worked and holidays. It makes booking and keeping track of holidays really easy and I also use RotaCloud to keep HR documents attached to each member of staff and log HR issues. We wouldn`t be without it!

Easy to set up, easy to use and if any queries, easy to get an answer quickly! We wouldn`t be without it!

Cons:

I would have liked to have it linked to Sage Cloud Payroll however its not a problem and just takes a couple more steps to run the payroll.

Reasons for switching to RotaCloud

The product needed lots of `get arounds` and the app didn`t work for the staff. It was really clunky and not fit for purpose

5* Staff Planning Tool!!

RotaCloud was a game-changer for our business when it came to scheduling our labour across multiple sites each week. The system is good value for money, easy to navigate and on the rare occasion that we have had to contact the team our issues have been resolved quickly & professionally. I would highly recommend for any business.

Pros:

The ease at which we can schedule our working week. Working in construction things often change at the last minute and RotaCloud allows us to make changes at the drag of the mouse. Viewing the weekly schedule in one screen allows us to keep on top of our planning.

We probably don't use the system to its full potential, but what we do use I have no complaints or issues

The ease of making a rota and the convenience for the team to see their rota on the app are the biggest benefits. One of the biggest benefits is the ease of annual leave and TOIL. I have just upgraded to the Pro version and am looking forward to all of those extras.

Cons:

The cons are minimal because anytime I have found an issue, the team at Rota Cloud have either fixed it or listened (not just to me) and added it as a feature.

Reasons for choosing RotaCloud

I have used Rota Cloud in two roles and considered moving to Deputy for additional features. However, after speaking to [sensitive content hidden], I upgraded here with a discount.

how easy in general it is to use , visually , and to manage . The system is great in allowing us to have rota's set up and find cover for sickness and holiday , and allows relief staff to take control of when thy work and easier to make contact with staff about shifts

Cons:

one recent change to setting up shifts individually and updating them, the previous way was easier and more user friendly, the most recent update , takes a bit more 'faffing' around

Simple and easy to set up and use. Reliable and all the team found the option for the app great. Shift reminders allude clock in/out reminders also greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Holiday entitlement working out was not so easy for part time workers whose hours fluctuated however support available to assist

Easy to follow and easy to use also it is quite secured not too hard to add employers and names to it.

Cons:

You can not print a specific section of the page that I want to print. Also When you approve the shifts if you have other department open, you approve the whole lot even if another manager using that page.
