Sage 50cloud Payroll helps businesses manage salaries, payslips, benefits, pensions and more on a unified portal. The platform allows organizations to set up variances in pay/work hours and receive notifications when the specified limit is reached.

Sage 50cloud Payroll lets enterprises process payments through e-banking, calculate payments, holiday pay, deductions and employee loans, handle two-weekly, four-weekly, weekly or monthly payrolls and print or email payslips to employees. It offers various features such as report designer, custom absence rules, data backup/restore management, submission logs, and more. Additionally, administrators can store details about employees’ appraisals, employment statements, leaves, appraisals, job history and other documents in a centralized repository.

Sage 50cloud Payroll lets users import/export existing data in CSV files via integration with Microsoft Office, Sage 50 HR and Sage 50 Accounts applications. Pricing includes monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

A very easy to use payroll software

Pros:

The software is designed in a very logical fashion that makes the entire payroll process seamless and easy to work with.

Cons:

I did not get along well with the direct connection to the accounting software, but that could well be the fact that it wasn't set up properly.

I have been using Sage payroll for many years and I find it so easy to use and I have never experienced any issues. It makes the Yearend process so easy.

Sage 50cloud Payroll is so easy to use. I have used it for many years now and i have never experienced any issues.

Cons:

It is hard to think of any issues. All i can think of is it is a little slow to load, but once loaded the speed is quick.

Pros:

The Sage system is certainly one of the more simple pay roll systems that I have used within my time in payroll processing. The layout is simple and not too over complicated as it can be with other systems. Everything is easy to find which greatly assists when you need to process payroll. I have also used Sage for raising and processing of purchase orders, again this feature is easy to use and easy to train out to other staff members.

Cons:

It would be good to have an automatic approval flow system in process.
