About Telleroo

Telleroo is a cloud-based automated payroll and supplier payment solution for companies of all sizes.

Telleroo offers intuitive and user-friendly tools to pay people and vendors. Users can fund, create and process pay runs.

Payments can be synced from Xero, Employment Hero, Staffology, SafeHR (formerly CitrusHR), Freshpay and more. Users can also upload a payment file from Sage, QBO or Brightpay to send payments in seconds.

Teammates can be given permission to create, approve and review payments.

The solution allows users to merge invoices to the same supplier into one payment.

Users can reconcile a whole pay run in Xero in just one click. For payroll this means the individual employees salaries are hidden.

Scan bank details from invoices to de-risk payments to new suppliers.

Need to make international payments? No problem! Use Telleroo to convert and send payments in USD, EUR, AUD, CAD and more! If you're a Xero user you can reconcile international payments without having to adjust the exchange rate.

Ease of use, simple straightforward sign up for clients. We just invite them & they follow the links to onboard in as little as 48-72 hours

Pros:

Payment processing at the press of a button directly linked to your AP/Payroll software. We use Xero & Freshpay which can then upload directly into Telleroo

Cons:

There is nothing that we have found that makes Telleroo difficult to use or any weaknesses in the structure, particularly now we can approve via an app

All-in-one payment solution for Xero!

Overall, the software is fast, glitch-free and the customer support is excellent. I believe for the last 2 years, my issues have been resolved within hours, which is highly appreciated because of the sensitive nature of the job that the platform handles.

Pros:

It integrates with Xero quite well. We can process one-off, batch, payroll, AP and other types of payments. It can also work well with manual integration for example with QuickBooks.

Cons:

It does not integrate with QuickBooks. Also, it could improve a little bit when it comes to Xero integration. For example, when we modify a pay-run on Telleroo, it should automatically modify it in Xero.

It's really easy to use and secure. It has taken hours off of processing payment runs whilst still being secure and works perfectly with Xero.

Cons:

Non-GBP payments could be better. Would like more currencies to be available.

Pros:

Telleroo is so easy to use - either automating with payroll or accounting software or a quick and easy upload. Saves a lot of time making individual payments and reconciling - also removes the "fear" of manually making bank payments - eg paying the to wrong person.

Cons:

None - maybe only payroll manual uploads - it would be nice it it was a direct API

I love Telleroo, it makes processing our customers payments really fast and easy, and we have a lot of faith in the product.

Cons:

I struggle to think of anything I don't like about Telleroo.

Modulr didn't allow csv uploads at the time. Nook and Comma were both open banking modules only.

Ease of use and how simple it was to get clients to use it

Cons:

I dont have any issues yet. all issues were resolved with support. Perhaps integration with brightpay would be useful. Clients cant pay bills via telleroo they need to log into xero

The only thing I least like about telleroo is there is no search function on the hills section.

Pros:

Does exactly what you need it to. Plenty of security features to avoid you paying the wrong person or duplicating. Clients love security of not giving access to the current account and bookkeepers love the ease of setting up the payments compared with other banks.

Cons:

Any suggestions I have made have been carried out. The team are very responsive.
