Time Off Cloud is a leave/paid time management solution that is a single, integrated system that is easy to use and implement.

Users can avoid endless phone calls by automating workflows, calculations, and reporting so there are no more manual spreadsheets or calendar entries required in order track who is taking off and how many days they have remaining.

Key Features

Time Off Requests – When employees enter their time off requests on the web or mobile apps, managers receive notifications and they approve or deny these requests through email directly. Managers have tools that allow them to move quickly so workers can plan accordingly with ease.

Balances and Calculations – With Time Off Cloud, employees are able to track their balances in real time. This means that they can log into a Web Portal or Mobile App on any device and v...

iew an overall balance as well as each individual leave type (Sick, Vacation, etc) - all without any manual data entry or calculations. Calendars – Managers and teams will never have to worry about lost paperwork or requests being approved without knowing about everyone's time off using the automated calendar. Policies – The Leave Policy Manager is a flexible tool that allows users to maintain an automatically updated master list of leave types (ie PTO, Vacation). Each policy can be applied to one or more employees and includes the formulas for each leave type. All the expectations calculations are covered including sophisticated features such as rollover threshold limits. Reporting – With the suite of reports, it’s easy to see how much time off remains for employees this year. Users can even model their future balances.

    As a supervisor, the approval process is very easy.
    Cons:
    It could have a better device app for supervisors although requests from employees come right to my inbox and can be approved with a click.

    Love Time Off Cloud!

    I had looked for a long time to find the right product to manage our PTO and eliminate the Excel spreadsheets we were currently using. I stumbled upon Time Off Cloud after doing a google search and I am so glad I did. They have been great to work with. Great customer service. The cost is extremely reasonable. And the product is amazing. It is simple for our employees to use - both for tracking their own PTO and managing the employees that report to them. Our employees have said a lot of positive things about the system.

    This system had everything we were looking for to manage our PTO for our exempt employees. The set up was not difficult. It handles the way we do our carryover of PTO for the next year as well as different exceptions we have. We love the approval process when an employee enters a PTO request. It is easy for our employees to use. They have great customer service - very responsive.
    Cons:
    I have no cons about this system. I love everything about it. I would love to see them create a time tracking system for our hourly employees!

    Time Off Cloud is a great resource. We are able to manage time off requests from our phones as well as desktops. Easy to keep track so that no days off go unused. Requests can be approved in only a few seconds. The customer service is great as well!

    Recording time off and being able to view each category quickly and easily
    Cons:
    Report filters are limit the ability to generate specific information for a groupd of employees and the Time Off Report does not provide totals for each leave type. It would be nice to have one report that includes all input including adjustments. Also, having a phone number for support would be helpful.

    First time user - Impressed!

    We needed an extremely simple way to track our employees' vacation time. Previously it was just written down on paper. New ownership of the company took place and brought us to 21st century. I was tasked with finding a better method. Once we established a concrete company policy, it was very easy to implement and set up our Dashboard. I have not had one complaint regarding the usage of the software. I will be anxious to see how seamless going into the new year will be.

    Easy to use, even for our employees who are not tech savvy. Simple set up.
    Cons:
    Having all the options in the phone app will be really beneficial for our employees who do not regularly sign into a computer.

    We didn't need anything other than a vacation/PTO tracker. So many of the HR products had way too many items involved in their software.
