About Time Clock Wizard

Time Clock Wizard is a human resource (HR) management platform that helps businesses calculate employees' working hours to streamline payroll processes. It provides mobile applications for Android and iOS devices, which helps professionals send push notifications to employees and upload receipt images for reimbursements, even from remote locations.

Time Clock Wizard allows managers to edit staff members' clock-in/out timings and receive real-time notifications about unscheduled time clock activities. Administrators can manage employees' shift schedules, assign tasks to team members and track the time spent on each task. Additionally, it lets users export reports in CSV, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel, HTML and PDF formats.

Time Clock Wizard helps businesses configure passwords, two-factor authentication and access control to secure confidential data. The product is available for free and on annual and monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, phone, live chat and other online measures.

When You have to keep a clock

I don't have to use it real often for clients, but when I have those that ask me to keep track of my hours this is my go to software to keep an accurate times.

When needing to keep track of hours for a small business, this is a great option with many options both FREE and paid. Easy to use and understand Easy to correct times should you forget to clock out.

Cons:

I really have no complaints about this software at all. But if I have to give one it is that it has to be used while online as there are no offline options.

Easy of use. mobile app is quite user friendly. can use a web browser from any device to clock in or out from anywhere.

Cons:

Sometimes the app will log you completely out and you have to re-enter all your credentials again. Also if you don't close the app/browser window after clocking in, the app/browser will continue to run in the background and consume your entire battery in a matter of a couple hours.

This program is an inexpensive option to online time clock. Reports are easy to pull. Many features available.

Cons:

Nothing. We use the very basic functions of this software. The other functions require a larger fee and we use other programs that have the same function.

Kept us organized and it would have been a great tool if we new the ins and outs. And upper mangement would have used in a proper way to take advatage of all the tracking it could have down. But, they didnt learn it.

Cons:

No one really showed us how to use it. And so with no training it took alot of trial and error. And a lot of time. Most of the workers were hard to train. And were not computer savey, and we could sit down and train all a once

Phones are amazing.

Overall our experience has been great with Time Clock Wizard. It is easy for our technicians to use and makes our payroll go a lot smoother and easier and helps keep our technicians in line with their times on each job.

We have a mid size plumbing company. This helps us keep track of our technicians as they are out on jobs to accurately manage the time they are actually working so they can get paid correctly. It has made it so much easier and streamlined our payroll process with accurate data.

It's a free software to help with time tracking and scheduling. It's helpful to outline and determine where time is being spent and how to quickly categorize that time.

Cons:

I wish it had a web interface. Right now, the only options we had to use were the native IOS and Android applications.
