About WhosOffice

Whosoffice is a workforce management software. The software offers users the tools to see and plan working patterns that can be easily repeated, for example four days on, four days off, earlies, late nights. Not only that, users can also swap and drop in shifts ad hoc as necessary without disturbing the whole pattern. Employers can also ensure that they have the right amount of staff available and have a clear real-time visibility dashboard.

This online shift and rota planner helps simplify scheduling to get the right mix of staff for every shift and lets users build their team rota in minutes, planning by demand, competency, skill and seniority.

WhosOffice also lets users integrate annual leave, overtime and TOIL.

Additional modules

Task planning: Users can assign specific tasks to staff members which they can view on their mobiles and helps to ensure everyone knows what they are meant to be doing or which particular project they should be on.

HR: Record staff profiles, emergency contacts, certifications, training records and appraisals along centralised in one system, along with document storage

Who's Office leave management feedback

The experience is great. The Who's Office support is competent in solving problems and always ready to assist within a quick timeframe. the consultant that I work with mostly is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and he is very helpful and can answer my questions swiftly.

First time users, we have a great experience

Super easy time and vacation management. It's a far better overview of company wide time management.

Pros:

It is super easy to use, very simple to setup and configure after adding all the users. Then you add some schedules, some allowances ofr pools of days. and just go from there. The system keeps track of everything, and our holiday request have never been easier to manage. Everyone in the company can see the overview, and gets to manage their own vacations, pending approval of cause from managers. Very easy to use for everyone. I would recommend this to any one.

Cons:

It's a little complicated some times if there are some really special situations, but so far we have managed.

Pros:

We used Whos off before and had to move away as didn't have a Remote allowance that we needed when returning to the office in september 21 but that didn't work well so pleased that WO has this new option - always seen as a simple and easy to use system.

Cons:

I think it would be good to have a little more flexibility around the Remote working allowance - at the moment this can only refresh on 1st of each month and we have a balance of 8 days per month - the way the system is set up means people cannot book until 1st of the month and if that is a working day makes it a little tricky
