Wisely sends you a debit card you can use and allows you to see your paycheck on the app very easily.

Cons:

I have no con's regarding Wisely by ADP.

Pros:

I like that I can use the app to keep up with my account by looking through transactions history to see what I purchased and didn't. I also use it to see what exact time my direct deposit hits by looking at my transaction history as well.

Cons:

I hate that it doesn't notify you when your direct deposit is near I hate that really bad I like to know and not guess

GET wise with WISELY PAY CARDS

My experience has been a great one. When I did have an issue I reached out to support and they stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the issue until it was fully resolved.

Pros:

I like the ease of issuing payments to the cards for people who have misplaced live checks that had previously been given to them, as well the set-up for new employees.

Cons:

The fact that sometimes it takes 2-3 business days to fund employees cards with funding that were sent by ACH payments but with wires, the payments are nearly instantaneous if sent by 4pm m-F
