Perfect HR, Recruitment and Onboarding Tool

We have been quite successfully able to solve and resolve many issues and challenges after bringing Zoho People to our Company. Zoho people plus significantly helps us to smooth run our entire recruitment processes and management until onboarding employees and team members. We at iQuasar use this great tool for our employees performance management and we have been using it now for over 2 years and it is amazingly easy to use for every team member from Professional 1 to Manager level. Zoho people plus gives us everything that we need to accurately and concisely track our employees performance for month, quarter and a whole year. It is simply the best HR tool our there. :)Since beginning of the use of ZOHO People Plus we used it for keeping records of every single employee (TM) in our company and it has successfully enabled us to put in the details and activity for our onboarded employees. It really helps to maintain our full organizational structure and has nice customizable options available.

Pros:

The most useful features of this software (Zoho People Plus) are Employee management, HR related services, Employee Onboarding, organizational structure and Team Member Performance management.Also, we use it for Leave tracking, time tracking employee attendance, reports, compensation related services, important organizational announcements and more...! We were quite easily able to just integrate this tool with our business and it is an important of our organization now.

Cons:

We have been using this amazing software for a good period of time now and after the successful implementation of this great tool has proved to be very effective for our business and organization. One of the best and the most unique element of this Zoho People Plus is that they are always in continuous better improvement and they have a very nice customer support which never makes you to think that something you do not like about this software. BEST HR Tool EVER!!!

Pros:

Zoho People Plus gives you incredible value for a rather tiny investment. Recruiting is just the beginning of talent management, so with People you can administer employees (vacation, attendance etc.).Zoho Vault is an indispensable password manager that should have a place in every HR department for security reasons. The other included apps are great as well.

Cons:

Would have been nice to get the Pro Edition of Zoho Vault included as well. But that's not really feasible at this price tag i guess.

It's a great tool to keep the whole organization data updated, any important announcements or information that has been shared, and policies and employees' data on your fingertips. Even if you have hundreds of employees in a company. You can refine your search and get public information like their Name, the Department they belong to, Their reporting managers, and reportees data.Attendance regularization to sending bills for reimbursement and getting notified whether the bill has been approved. It has got everything.

Cons:

The only glitch I found in this tool is when you are logging in or logging off from mobile. It doesn't work well. Then you have to send your attendance for regularization. Rest everything is good.

Amazing tool for people management

Overall experience with this tool as a user has been very good. This software acts as a tool that is user-friendly and easy to understand. It is accessible via phone and PC as well.

There are various features integrated into this software such as attendance, Performance Management System, Feedback, Leave Approval and different other things that are related to people management are just at one place

Cons:

There isn't anything that I liked least about this, everything in this software is fantastic. One thing that should be an improvement, is to include all the options that we have in PMS in the mobile application version

Zoho gives the clear visibility of the organizational hirarchy. It gives us the access to our leave balances, ticket raising, integrated solutions.

Cons:

Zoho does not give the option to put comments on the dashboard

Zoho The Time Saver

Wonderful experience with Zoho People plus

This tool organizes all the data I need in one place. Below are some of the features that I use mostly:Leave Tracker: It shows all the leaves that are available to user including Covid leaves, Paternity leave etc.Organization Data: It shows all the employee data and reporting hierarchy.Attendance: For check-insIn addition to above, some cool features like upcoming birthday of colleague, new employee who have joined etc. are helpful as well.

Cons:

There is nothing to not like about this tool. My experience with Zoho people plus is mostly positive.
