The idea of having all reviews in one place is just a genius idea. It helps me stay onboard with my clients reviews and sentiment.

Cons:

It is not that I liked least, but the widgets features is not very relevant for my business at this moment.

Pros:

We partner with Feedcheck as our preferred platform to monitor and respond to online product reviews. Prior to that relationship, it was a time consuming process of visiting individual sites (each with numerous SKU's) to see if new reviews needed to be responded to. With the introduction of Feedcheck, we now have a centralized site where we can easily review those new reviews that come in.

Cons:

The only criticism I would have is that there sometimes can be a delay of the review before it shows via Feedcheck

Switching from once-per-day to real-time review aggregation will bring your reviews in FeedCheck way more often so that you can reply faster to your product reviews after they have been approved and published by the eCommerce sites. The review aggregation frequency can be easily adjusted according to your needs.

Very happy with Feedcheck

Feedcheck has made our customer service system more efficient. It is easy to use, it accurately shows our reviews, we can easily download them and alerts can be set up for particular needs. Customer service is also very proactive, very prompt and helpful!

Perfect for helping manage reviews from multiple channels

Great tool for aggregating our reviews from several channels into one concise platform. The dashboard is useful for quick access to current ratings, and we've been able to work with them to automate getting data into our company dashboard, which saves us loads of time. Super useful tool, highly recommend!

The analytics are great, I like being able to select any particular channel and see the rating, or get an overview of all ratings

Cons:

The UI of the website could use some modernization but that's a really minor "con" - quite pleased with everything, really.
