The customizable software that agencies (and smart owners) need.

My highest possible recommendation. We are excited to scale this (!!!). If you're looking for SMS/MMS marketing, but don't want to be constrained by: (1) putting a live body in front of it, 24/7 or (2) limited by simple, one-off "away messages" -- then THIS is the software for you. Built correctly, it works on auto-pilot.

Pros:

The automation sequences are a dream. Our first go-around with this was far more successful than we had anticipated. The first time we put this out to customers (34 to be exact) in our initial effort... we had a 97% completion rate. The owner, who has created and exited successful SAAS products before, has a strong intuition for user needs. We used the templates... reverse engineered them a bit... and customized them to our exact needs. Awesome. Oh and also, getting new numbers and inboxes is the easiest thing ever.

Cons:

I wish it were easier to duplicate campaigns. Good news = sounds like that's coming in the next release.

Ease, automation, and an honest and attentive development team. I feel like they really listen versus stone-walling. And they understand the needs of small teams... versus these other businesses that cater to organizations that are more established.

Reasons for switching to Switchbird

Price. Brand leaders in the SMS space know they can charge whatever they want. But they're all selling the same thing.
