Great Software!

TrendKite has proven to be very accurate with our social media numbers. Having used other programs as well, we are happy with the ease of use, diversity, and wonderful customer service. Would definitely recommend TrendKite to others.

Great reporting tool, difficult to get data

Pros

The ability to build reports that are professional and robust on the fly is great. The ability to add context to graphs easily and to drag and drop new pieces of a report to get a full picture of a situation is outstanding and provides reports that tell a full story that are uniform.

Cons

The customer service is hit or miss. While they have a 24/5 chat line that is helpful with simple issues, there's a lot that's not intuitive that you have to ask a customer service rep about and response times depend on who is assigned to your account. Some things are responded to quickly, some go without a response for weeks.

Good Catch

Pros

Trendkite catches coverage that you might have missed by searching for many terms associated with your client.

Cons

The software has a bit of a learning curve and isn't second nature. It is a bit difficult to navigate sometimes.
