    Zoho Social is easy to use and very effective for social media management. Scheduling posts is easy and the SmartQ helps determine best dates and times for posts to go out in your feed. Using the manual scheduling feature lets you understand anticipated engagement rates as you test days and times to enable you to fine tune your targeting. Best of all, you can pre-post for almost any length of time across social media outlets of your choice. For a small to medium sized business, Zoho offers plenty of power.
    Cons:
    Hard to find fault in this application. On the few occasions I have had a problem, it turned out that operator error was the cause.

    Great I can't really complain! The set up of everything from published posts, scheduled posts, notifications across all areas, and insights on everything make this a great tool to consider for your managing of social media feeds!

    I loved how you can track your social brand (in my case a podcast) across all social feeds (instagram, facebook, x/twitter, etc.) and be able to post and schedule out your posts for set times of the day. I really loved also how it gave you the opportunity to additionally set other times to repeat those posts and have them rescheduled at set times. Other elements that this had that were nice were engagement trends showing growth in specific feeds. Times it appeared the feed posts were heavily engaged, and how you could see comments and replies without having to go into each specific website and app. The interface was very nice and easy to follow. The customer support was really cool. There is someone who reaches out and is available should you have any questions or concerns. They offer a free 15 day trial and during that time they have amazing tutorials but also a rep who will check in on you and offer you help and assistance where needed. I love the task management and insights this site had. I cannot say enough good things about it. It can be a lot to take in but if you just come in with the right frame of mind, look at tutorials, and reach out to the person assigned to you you will find that this product is amazing!
    Cons:
    A lot of stuff to take in initially but there are tutorials that help with it. Just have to be patient.

    Every Small Business Needs Zohosocial in their Systems Plan

    Zoho allows me to stay ahead of my posting. By having posts scheduled a week or so out, I never miss posting, and we all know that consistency is the key to success.
    Cons:
    I really cannot think of any cons. The only thing I would change would be the ability to add new emerging social media platforms, but I think that will come very soon. I implement solutions such as zohosocial and other workflows and systems. I think that more people don't understand the value.

    so many ways to link into your social profiles and it is easy to do. Gives you control over your social profiles and enables you to add customized content to one or all.
    Cons:
    Recreating the same content on alot of the elements that you want included. I feel like this information should carry over to the next element instead of having to keep adding it in one after another.

    Easy to use. It's also cheap - essential for us. We are very small and non-profit and only need to make, at most, 150 posts a year. Other Social Media managing accounts are massively overpriced for the kind of use we'd need.
    Cons:
    Some images fail to publish. When this happened we needed to go back and repost manually. Thankfully it didn't happen often.
