User friendly interface that make it easier to train new staff. Multiple access from phone, tablet and computer easy to manage appointments. Reports are useful for business operation evaluation.Practitioner App helps our therapist to finish their treatment notes quickly at their own suitable time.

Cons:

When updating Service Items, I found it could be improved for easier modification for used items rather than creating a new one?

Patient Records is easy to operate, and to generate a report easily.

Cons:

The same contact number only allow one client, there are some family members do not have contact phone numbers, and it could cause the unsuccessful in registering new customers.
