About ClinicDr

ClinicDr is a cloud-based medical practice management software which helps chiropractors handle treatment documentation, billing services, credentialing, claim scrubbing, scheduling, appointment reminders, telemedicine and more. Key features include outcome assessment tools, healthcare compliance, patient account management, invoice history, dunning management, insurance verification and coding assistance.

Teams using ClinicDr can maintain and view all patient interaction in the marketing dashboard and convert leads into patients by scheduling appointments with them. Travel cards and templates are offered for PT, PA, DC, DO, NP and MDs, which help create professional notes according to the individual requirements of each patient. Additionally, the Orders and Doc Edits widgets allow healthcare institutions to view all services ordered by patients and treatment services and notes rendered by each staff member, respectively.

ClinicDr is available for free as well as paid monthly subscriptions. Mobile applications for Android and iOS devices are also offered, allowing doctors to remotely manage activities related to their practice.

The crew is flawless. They are so customer oriented that you will want to work with Clinic Doctor. I know personally some of them.

Cons:

CDr software and the people behind it is the team you want to work with. They are the Doctors for your clinic!

Pros:

customer service is excellent and now with their new communication system they respond to our questions almost immediately.

Cons:

We are a busy office so we try to maximize our time with the patient treating the patient, not completing a note. There is a tension there that ClinicDr is aware of and is constantly making it easier to get both done.

Pros:

Product is easy to use (requires minimum computer skills), including navigating around the site. ClincDr provides timely updates that customize the software making it more user-friendly.

Cons:

There are some changes I'd like to see with the EHR notes (templates), like the section titled - goals for future care - this needs to updated. The PART exam needs some fine-tuning or an update.

Best EHR!

Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The team with Clinic Dr. actually hears what we have to say and takes our needs into consideration while making sure it's easy for us to be in compliance with insurance. I couldn't ask for a better system to manage the practice.

Pros:

Scheduling, practice and patient management, and marketing features. Scheduling is very easy, especially with pre-scheduling treatment plans. Software is so flexible and caters to the needs of our practice.

Cons:

Every thing that our practice had had difficulty with has been trained on or fixed to meet our needs.

Clinic Dr. has a very easy to manipulate scheduler, documentation can be templated to what our practice needs, al a carte services that make billing a breeze and a team that supports their practices.

The CDr team created a near flawless note template specifically for our clinic

Cons:

The a la carte billing tends to get a bit pricey for clinics performing a lot of line items, out of network billing and litigated claims. We were still paying billing personnel full time to correct claims which made it a little expensive for us

Pros:

As the person in charge of A/R, billing, and collections, this has saved me so many hours. Small learning curve for the staff and providers, as all new things are. Easily check on failed claims. Easily pull up reports on just about anything. Very responsive staff. Most issues we've had with ClinicDr has never been due to ClinicDr or it's services. Any issues we have had with ClinicDr were fixed before we were even aware of it. Great team, great service, great product.

Cons:

There's a lot to get used to. If your team refuses to take the time to learn it, you'll have trouble. But at that point, if they can't take the time to learn something that can so incredibly increase efficiency, compliance, and production, then that person is probably causing you to lose those things by being an employee.
