Collums offers integrated payments, allowing therapists to accept credit card and bank payments from clients electronically. The software sends automated payment reminders and reconciles payments with session records. Therapists can keep electronic notes for each client, storing clinical documentation and session notes in one place.

With Collums, therapists can offer online booking so clients can schedule their own appointments. The software is cloud-based, so therapists can access client records and schedules from any device with an Internet connection. Collums sends automated reminders via email and text message to notify therapists of upcoming appointments and tasks.

Great software.

I’ve had a good experience with Collums , very friendly and supportive team. Made sure my transition from the old software was smooth. I’m happy with the software and finding it more convenient to use as I’m getting familiar with it day by day.

Pros:

Both patient booking and notes can be managed on one software.

Cons:

Initial setup was stressful but the team were very supportive and assisted with most of the data transfer. The software doesn’t allow you to progress to next step unless everything is fully completed.
