La funcion de agenda es muy fácil porque determino mis bloques de disponibilidad y en cuando un paciente agenda y no he confirmado, un(a) asistente de Doctoranytime me llama para verificar mi disponibilidad y ellos confirman la cita y solo recibo un par de recordatorios para unirme con un link a mi citas virtuales o me recuerda de las presenciales

La implementacion y vincular mi perfil de negocios de Google no me ha servido y no lo he podido hacer porque hoy a tenia un perfil previo en Google

La sincronización de toda mi agenda (consultas, cirugías, compromisos personales, etc) en la computadora personal, en la de escritorio, en el celular, mío y de mis asistentes me dan un control total de la agenda, además de que el recordatorio automático que se les hace a los pacientes un día previo a sus citas han disminuido el "no show" de los pacientes a consulta.

Cons:

El sistema de videoconferencias y cobro de éstas a los pacientes, ha sido un proceso que no termina de funcionar bien.

Es muy facil de usar y tiene una excelente integración con google mi negocio, se pueden conjuntar perfiles para agregarlos a una sola clínica con la cual el paciente tiene la facilidad de elegir entre una gran variedad de especialistas y agendar una cita de una manera dinámica y fácil.

Permite tener opiniones de usuarios concentradas y ser parte de diferentes campañas y tener una agenda que recuerda a usuarios las citas

Cons:

Tiene errores en la rapidez; en ocasiones tengo llamada en whats al mismo tiempo y es mucho más fluida; los mismos pacientes prefieren tener ambos de respaldo debido a ello. Hay plataformas que permiten hacer como foros de preguntas y respuestas que pueden ser útiles para que los pacientes conozcan algo más del trabajo que se hace Así como mensajes no sólo de recordatorio sino también de publicidad

Buena opción de agenda digital.

Me ha gustado la experiencia; sin embargo, me parece que cuando recién iniciaron había mayor comunicación con el equipo, mi asesor estuvo al pendiente en todo momento invitándome a los eventos o campañas que hacían, después de un cambio de administración ya no fue constante ni la comunicación ni mi mismo asesor.

Es bastante sencillo y útil de utilizar. Al sincronizarse con otras aplicaciones de agenda da facilidad de hacer movimientos rápidos; la aplicación también es de ayuda pero no tanto como desde el portal mismo.

Cons:

La aplicación no da oportunidad a realizar movimientos, sin embargo, ayuda que se tenga a la mano del celular. Otra función que se podría mejorar es que las citas se puedan agendar de manera permanente y también de manera regulares las videoconsultas.
