About Cortex EDI

Cortex EDI is a cloud-based practice management solution that is designed for the healthcare industry. It includes features such as electronic claims submission, accounts receivable, patient eligibility checks and claim status inquiry.

The Electronic Biller helps users to file claims for the purpose of medical billing. The claim tracking feature provides information on claims that are approved and denied and helps users to get a detailed view of claims history, pending claims information and more.

The solution helps to maintain patient payment records in order to monitor payment history and review statements electronically. It also assists in patient data sheet creation which includes services, charges, diagnosis data that are provided to the patients.

Other features include auto-posting of insurance claims, reporting and data storage. Support is available via phone and email.

    At first there was a misunderstanding and that was my fault. I was just so stressed out from dealing with ability that I took out my anger on [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] my acc rep. I have to say they are professional and my training rep he is very good at explaining things and I have no issues. If I have a question they are available via phone and the emails are replied within minutes and then they help remotely Everytime which is awesome.

    DME supply billing capability. It has what dme suppliers need to get claims billed and paid. Very Easy to use.

    I have not found an issue or dislikes about the software.

    EASY SYSTEM TO LEARN COMPARED TO OHERS TECH SUPPORT WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES . CLAIMS STATUS AND ELIGIBILTY ARE VERY GOOD ADD ONS. THE ONLY TINY GRIPE IS WHEN YOU CALL IN, ITS ALWAYS A CALL BACK TO GET QUESTION RESOLVED BUT THE CALL BACK IS FAST .
