Holt Systems’ eMedRec is a cloud-based ONC-ATCB certified electronic medical record (EMR) solution that caters to practices of all sizes. Key features include a chart viewer, messaging, note creation, health maintenance and alerts.

eMedRec’s form creation tool can automatically scan data from manually filled patient forms into a predefined format. The solution provides an internal scriptwriter integrated with an e-prescribing tool, which tracks patient medications and provides information on various drug interactions. eMedRec also incorporates technologies such as voice recognition, handwriting recognition and enterprise level faxing.

Additionally, eMedRec features a virtual work basket that automates the workflow for routing laboratory results records requests, dictation and other items to appropriate staff members. eMedRec is used across multiple specialties, including gastroenterology, internal medicine, physical medicine, rehabilitation, behavioral health specialists and cardiology specialists.
