The onboarding/setup process was very easy.

There were a couple of weird things that we found during testing. We were able to get in touch with out representative and she was helpful.

Initially, everything seemed to be working well. We use it to send demo booking reminders to our clients and these have improved our show rate.

The issues began when I synced multiple calendars to one admin account — not all reminders were being sent. We have multiple AE's who don't need full access to the tool, I just need their calendars synced so their leads receive reminders before their demo. I reached out to GReminders Support, who advised me to turn on a setting to only send reminders from the host. In theory, this should have fixed it. But after that, reminders stopped working. Some people would get some reminders, others got none at all. I reached out to support again and they advised me to simply turn off the button again "as it was working fine before" (which it wasn't — and I could've figured that out myself!). Now, most reminders are sending as they should be, apart from the confirmation messages when someone books a demo. I've sent three messages now to support and no one will answer me. They're neither friendly nor helpful, and now they've totally ghosted me. I'm really shocked at the lack of support when we pay a significant amount each month for this product. Totally turned me off using this product and I'm currently seeking an alternative.

Even more impressive than all the user features of the software (and that's saying something because the reminders/confirmation checks and online booking are making my life SO much easier) is the customer service. Both [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped me with every single question I had. They even went so far as to customize automated features I wanted that weren't yet featured in the software. I've had such a bad run with customer support lately... to receive this level of personal assistance was such a pleasant surprise. I would recommend G-reminders to any private business owner who has to deal with clients and appointment management.

It was very hard for me to understand how it worked at first. I had to go back and forth with customer service to understand what I did wrong, even after watching the videos.

I already use Google Calendar for my business scheduling, and GReminders integrates easily into the system I was already accustomed to. I looked at multiple other text reminder services/apps and found GReminders to do exactly what I wanted at the right price.

Very infrequently, when clients text back to the reminder message-- their reply doesn't get delivered to my account in a timely manner.

Super easy to use and very low maintenance

We have had a few patients who didn't get a text even though their phone number is correct and it shows that it sent.

Works seamlessly nothing more to add to my day

Price wasn’t much cheaper than previous app I used.

I am super-impressed with this software. It ties into multiple calendars, uses logic to know I am one person with 3 calendars to coordinate. It's super easy to set up, which is surprising because it's so flexible. Usually, the more customizable it is, the harder it is to use. I can't say enough great things about this product. Plus, the presales and support teams were incredibly helpful as I was setting everything up. It was super smooth and perfect for small businesses. Also, it's incredibly flexible for integrating with website builders.

Incredibly, I haven't come across one thing so far that they haven't had a solution for and I've put it through the ringer.

Sms reminders to all my clients 24 hours out and also 2 hours out from appointments.

Had some trouble setting up my account but the customer service team was VERY helpful with everything and even checked back up with me days after.
