Simple & streamlined Telehealth product

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was very helpful when introducing me to the program. They have been responsive to incorporating new features and sounds like more new features and updates are coming.

Pros:

There was no learning curve, straightforward, and easy to use. My patients have been satisfied with the program as well.

Cons:

I have no big complaints. I would like to have a little more time to log on before the patient logs on.

Reasons for choosing MediPortal

The other programs had more features than I wanted or needed. I was happy with my trial period. It went well in terms of patients' ease of use and I appreciated the video clarity.
