I have been with them for over 5 years because they offer great features at an excellent price point. I highly recommend.

Pros:

This EMR is flexible both in pricing and in use. Customized templates. Super stable platform - I think in the 5+ years I've been using it, it has gone done once during business hours. Integrates fax, phone reminders, patient portal, online forms, eRx with controlled substances. They are always rolling out new features like integrating PDMP and cover my meds. Customer service is on top of things and always helpful and available.

Cons:

I wish I could design and modify my own templates.

Outstanding customer service

Charting is simple and doesn't get bogged down with irrelevant things. They are also making it much easier to complete our MIPS requirement.

Pros:

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been great with setup and all of my questions. This program was a huge change from Allmeds, and I won't lie - in the early days it was a struggle. But here we are 5 weeks in and all of our staff are pros with the software. There are some changes that I would like to see, but overall I believe the value you are getting for the cost is great. We were being overcharged by Allmeds for every single update or addition of modules that were required to stay current. I am very happy that we moved to Isalus Neuro!

Cons:

I would like to see the entire patient demographic displayed together ( pharmacy, care team, etc)

We hated Allmeds customer service and their cost was prohibitive for the minimal services they provided. Also their product rep Chris Lawson lied to us and changed a contract forcing us to pay for a service we never received.

Failures On Multiple Fronts

Smooth talking sales people promised the world to us and only delivered a basic and very limiting product. The data migration was a longer than expected process and we were always fighting with support over missing data. They expected us to go over thousands of patient documents and report what was missing. This was supposed to be their job. The product turned out to be a flop and we migrated away from iSalus for good.

Pros:

The interface was relatively quick and responsive. The layout was on the good side of mediocre.

Cons:

VERY POOR customer support. They used a ticketing system and seldom followed through with a solution in the same day. Features promised but never delivered. Missing data from migration which forced us to keep our legacy system up and running. They never did fix the missing data issues. Also, their system would occasionally go down and the support line went to voicemail. They also charge a hefty fee to get your data back.
