Reminders Made Easy Saved us $30,000 per year

Very good experience. Text and Voice based on the type of phones they have. We like the second follow up text for those that don't respond back in time.

Pros:

Our reminder service that is set up in our EHR is was so expensive that we chose not to do reminders. We are happy that we moved to MessageMadeEasy.com. They customized our solution to fit our needs. During covid made updates to help us. Great service.

Cons:

Our EHR would not allow Message Made Easy to API into their system since they already offered the costly messaging. So we load the files each morning on our own.

Reasons for choosing Reminders Made Easy

The price. We save $30,000 per year vs what it would cost us using our EHR's built in messaging solution. They charge just 6 cents per text and was so much lower than everyone else.

Cons:

That I didn't use this service sooner to schedule reminders for interviews and trainings.

MME customized our messaging solutions to fit our needs. Its not one size fits all like other places. They also offer text, voice in one solution based on cell or landline.

Cons:

Nothing, its been a great partnership with us.
