Excelente herramienta para la práctica profesional

Me ha optimizado el tiempo de consulta, además el archivo en la nube permite que pueda atender pacientes que antes no lograba por no tener a la mano el documento de historia clínica manual con el que contaba antes.

Pros:

La facilidad de uso, el simple manejo de agenda que además brinda comunicación con los pacientes, optimizando por mucho el manejo de mi práctica privada. Además la facilidad de poder contar con otros profesionales y tener interconectividad de historia clínica si se brinda en grupo. El incorporar la telemedicina en la aplicación ha sido una fortaleza gigante con población de riesgo o que se ha radicado en otras ciudades.

Cons:

La ventana durante la videollamada, como se activa en la misma página de la historia clínica, a veces entorpece un poco el proceso de consignación de información. Sin embargo este es un hecho menor, en comparación con las grandes ventajas de la plataforma.

Buen ayudante en la consulta medica diaria

Pues hasta el momento tiene muy buenas ventajas, frente a otros programas que quieren hacer lo mismo, pero no me parecen tan amigables como si lo es Saludtools

Se ha ido ajustando a las diferentes variantes, y esquemas en el manejo de las historias clínicas, haciendo la labor mas rápida y eficiente

Mejorar las barreras de movilidad y las ayudas en tiempo real

Es un software que presta un servicio personalizado, ya que atraves de su gran equipo de ingenieros, tratan al máximo de adaptarlo a las necesidades de su cliente

Cons:

tienen una sola plataforma de pagos vinculada y realmente no funciona bien. Me gustaria que pudieran vincularse otras plataformas para facilitar el pago a nuestros pacientes

Esto sucedió luego de una actualización y, en lugar de dar un respuesta como 'estamos buscando soluciones', la información es que, si la historia clínica no fue guardada de un modo específico, no hay nada que puedan hacer para recuperar información que, por ley, deben custodiar

Teóricamente se trata de un software amigable a un precio accesible, con interoperabilidad con EPS y pólizas

Cons:

Ya hay varios registros de historias clínicas de mis pacientes que se han perdido y cientos más en riesgo de perderse, y lamentablemente nadie me da respuesta
