Netcore is a customer engagement and experience platform designed to help businesses in education, hospitality, travel, media, entertainment, eCommerce and other industries streamline marketing automation processes using machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
Managers can create a unified client profile with information about every interaction via online and offline channels, websites, or mobile applications and metrics such as customer lifetime value (CLV), contact timeline, to-do activities, churn risk, and others. Netcore allows businesses to personalize customer experiences by defining elements on the brand website to display specific products, content, call to action (CTA), images and offers.
Teams can use Netcore to create campaigns using a drag-and-drop interface and deliver contextual messages via email, app push notifications, or web messages. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via live chat, videos, documentation, email and other online measures.
