ParishSOFT Giving is a web-based donation management solution, which helps Catholic churches and schools of all sizes set up, process, and receive one-time or recurring donations and gifts.

Parishes can use the application to collect donations via a custom page, letting donors access the website via desktop or mobile devices. Patrons can create an account from the page, store multiple payment methods, and set up recurring donations with a specific amount or frequency. ParishSOFT Giving allows churches to accept debit, credit, or ACH payments. It helps users import donation data and generate graphical reports by person, transaction, or fund.

ParishSOFT Giving offers integration with ParishSOFT Offering and Pledges. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is offered via documentation and community forum.

    Full Featured Online Giving Software

    ParishSOFT Giving has been a welcome solution that has been easy to establish and maintain. The documentation including video tutorials have been extremely helpful. The technical support staff has always been available to explain how to do something or to help fix something that is not working as expected.

    The greatest benefit to our organization is that ParishSOFT Giving integrates to our Family Record Keeping System. This allows statements of giving to include both online giving and gifts of cash or checks on end of year tax statements.
    Cons:
    The most challenging aspect of this software is the creation of custom forms. However, the staff has been excellent in providing the technical support to help me create all forms that I have needed.

    It is reliable, and easy to navigate. It is easy for parishioners to use the link in our website or for us to take online payments over the phone. The recurring donations has helped our Parish during the COVID-19.
    Cons:
    Anytime, I didn't see a feature in the platform I called and they solved for me.

    The fact that we are still not receiving the Diocesan rate of 1.99% rather than the 3% that we are being charged.

    This program is easy to use and easy to follow and make reports. I don't have to change my password at all.
    Cons:
    As normal process you could say it took a little bit of time to get use to this new product.

    This product is easy to use for both parishioners and office staff. The support is the BEST of any software I have ever used.
    Cons:
    The deposit report feature is a little clunky when I want to drill down on a deposit and then go back.
