We are bridging the gap between modern customer-centric apps and the legacy IT backend of insurance companies. Nitrobox is the ideal tool for this and it is great fun working with their team.

Pros:

We have used the API to connect our NodeJS app to Nitrobox. It is easy to use and well documented.

Cons:

Userfriendliness of the Portal is already quite good but still can be improved (e.g., show mandatory fields, make customer lists sortable, show directly in which fields the allowed characters are limited and give direct feedback whether input is acceptable) to make everyday work more efficient and reduce possibilities for errrors due to oversight.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung der Nitrobox Monetization Plattform. Wir arbeiten hart daran, das Produkt kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Darum veröffentlichen wir alle zwei Wochen neue Features, welche allen Kunden zur Verfügung stehen. Dabei liegt der Fokus derzeit stark auf den Self-Service Funktionalitäten. Das Ziel ist, dass Nutzer in Zukunft alle Konfigurationen selber vornehmen können (auch die, die heute nur via API verfügbar sind).

Pros:

The integration of our IoT Platform Cumulocity with Nitrobox using the API was straight forward and done within few days. This allowed us to implement a first MVP in a short time.

Cons:

The API is very rich. Some of the concepts around business segments/billing groups were not yet accessible over the API. But this was a minor issue and was added to the roadmap.

Nitrobox punktet mit hoher Flexibilität und Skalierbarkeit ihrer Plattform. Das System ermöglicht es uns, maßgeschneiderte Abrechnungslösungen schnell und effizient umzusetzen, ohne dabei unsere eigenen Entwicklerressourcen zu blockieren. Besonders beeindruckend ist die einfache Integration über Schnittstellen, die es erlaubt, individuelle Lösungen wie die Abrechnung von E-Fahrzeugen am Arbeitsplatz nahtlos einzubinden. Der Support und die Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe runden das positive Gesamtbild ab.

Cons:

Bisher gab es keine Kritikpunkte, die Nitrobox nicht aus dem Weg schaffen konnte.
