About ProofHub

ProofHub is a cloud-based solution for teams in numerous industries. The solution provides applications for project management, project collaboration, resource management, task management, plus more.

Key features include discussions, notes, Gantt charts, to-do lists, calendaring, milestones, timesheets, and more. ProofHub includes a reporting engine that helps project managers to generate custom reports and keep track of their resource utilization and project progress. Communication features include both group and one-on-one chat features, as well as a proofing tool that allows users to comment on documents and designs shared within the platform.

ProofHub includes an API feature and supports integration with Google Docs and Dropbox. The solution can also deliver content over HTTPS using custom domain names and certificates. Mobile apps are also available for iOS and Android devices.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email, FAQs, and an online knowledgebase.

Pretty Happy Overall

Overall, it is better that workamajig, by far. It has the proofing system built in, though it can be a little glitchy. It isn't anything a normal person can't catch if you put more than basic brain thought into it.

It is simple to use, but there is a learning curve to understand the actual flow of tasks vs creating a project.

Cons:

I wish any of these systems would provide a consistent trainer to guide the initial set up. I had to go back and set up a bunch of projects again just because I didn't realize the flow of tasks initially.

Reasons for switching to ProofHub

PH was cheaper than Asana. We also tried Workamajig. It was terrible. That was like a bunch of fat tech boys made a system while drunk after the big game.

Pros:

ProofHub simplifies the work by keeping all work, tasks, and communications in one location. It enables me to work more effectively and enthusiastically with my team. Further, I can better set my work plan as per my needs and share that with the team. This way, setting a common goal and understanding projects becomes easier. Overall, efficiently managing work using ProofHub encourages productivity and saves time.

Cons:

The one element of ProofHub that I find bothersome is the notifications.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to keep all tasks organized and track project progress in one place. The templates and reports save a lot of time, and the interface feels simple once you get used to it. The customer support team is quick and really helpful whenever there's an issue. Security also feels solid.

Cons:

Sometimes it feels a bit slow when switching between projects, and the file upoad size limit can be annoying. A few features take time to figure out, and it can lag a bit if too many users are online.

Taking care of my podcast needs!

Overall it's great, and easy to use! The file folder and subfolders we can create to organize our podcast projects is very helpful!

ProofHub is easy to use, and a great way to communicate with my team about upcoming podcast episodes.

Cons:

I have not found a way to automate reminders for clients to get certain episodes in for editing. This requires project managers to reach out to clients to manually remind them.

ProofHub - the Proof is in the Pudding!

It was essential in the development of my game app and permitted easy sharing of media and easy communication with the developer.

Ease of communicating with my developer and the instantaneous speed of the communications, like texting!

Cons:

The search function was quirky -- when you tried to click on the appropriate link, it would scroll to some other place. Plus the inability to combine/search separate threads.

Great platform if you know how to use it.

I love having access to project management platform in order to manage my Okay Relax subscription. It's a nice added feature.

Working in ProofHub was a sensation of scaling collaboration at a known cost. With ease, I listed teammates and clients together, built task templates, and handled permission in relation to safeguard sensitive content.

Cons:

The chat aspect was sometimes not syncing with task changes in topics and would cause me to miss what was going on in threads.
