About Work&Track Mobile

Work&Track Mobile is a cloud-based field service management solution offered by NEO Managing Mobility. The platform is used across industries such as utilities and logistics.

Work&Track Mobile allows users to schedule and dispatch tasks to employees. They can mark service points on a map to show planned routes for technicians. They can also design service provision forms using a drag and drop feature. Staff permissions can be set up based on the organization structure. Service validation signatures and barcode scanning are supported as well.

In addition, Work&Track Mobile allows users to customize process workflows and task execution. Field agents can upload photos and videos in their work reports. The solution integrates with other platforms such as Alfresco, SharePoint and SAP. Native Android and iOS applications are available.

The solution is available on a monthly subscription basis and support is provided via phone and email.

Extremely happy, of all the programs I've used and been offered, this is the one I've gotten the most out of, and we also understand how it works and what we need to do, unlike others where we depend on third parties for all the processes.

It can be configured according to the needs of each service. It's a modular program. It generates automatic reports. It allows sending reports to a group or a specific operator.

Cons:

Like all management software, you have to invest time in using it. Some people think it does itself. The good thing is that they guide you in making it specific to your needs.

Lo que mas me gusta es la visibilidad que te da la aplicación en tiempo real. También comentar el servicio, y lo profesionales que son todas y cada una de las personas que están detrás.

Cons:

La descarga masiva de los partes de trabajo. Se descarga mucha información, inclusive los campos vacíos.

La dinámica de creación de flujos de trabajos, un sistema simple de diseño, con interfaz muy cómoda para usuarios no programadores.

Me gustaría tener mayor capacidad de gráficos, creo que ahí se cae un poco, pero no mucho. Los reportes dinámicos son buenísimos para la gestión en vivo, pero los gráficos, un poco engorrosos

Sobre este producto destacaría la versatilidad que ofrece para adaptarse a los distintos procesos de una empresa. Particularmente, nos ha ayudado a detectar fallos y reducir la tasa de errores en envíos, también hemos reducido el tiempo de gestión aumentando productividad, al igual que se ha aumentado la coordinación y comunicación entre departamentos. Su API proporciona la posibilidad de ampliar funciones a nivel más especifico. Finalmente destacar sobretodo el componente humano que te acompaña de una manera ágil y amigable en las dudas que te surgen durante la implantación, algo de vital importancia, gracias al departamento comercial y soporte a usuario.

Cons:

Enriquecería algunos de los componentes en los formularios, pero entiendo que es por algo muy especifico de mi empresa.

It saved us from chaos

We had a complete lack of information about deliveries status. When a problem arised, the angry customer would let us know. We had perfect control for in-house activities, and zero control for field activities. This system was adapted to the particularities of our business and integrated with our IT in no time, and now we have perfect control of all our deliveries, with digital PoD uploaded instantly to our systems,

Real time information about the status of each delivery, directly from driver's smartphones.

Cons:

You should be careful with communication to subcontractors. In the first respones, they can offer high change resistance if you don't tell them the advantages of using third-party software for both parts to demonstrate that work is done.

It was the only one with the adaptation possibilities that we need. We have some particular business processes, that do not fit standard systems, but Work&Track Mobile allowed to define them easily.
