If You're Looking for a Time Management Tool to Track Billable Time, This is the One!

Overall my experience with Replicon has been positive. We're a large organization that spans the globe so it's vital that we have a system that is compliant in those countries, while allowing us to track billable project time. In my opinion Replicon checks all of those boxes.

Pros:

The best feature of Replicon in my opinion is the user interface. It is simple to use and required very little user training once deployed.

Cons:

The customer service is the the aspect that is the least appealing as a Replicon User. It can be hit or miss, sometimes requiring users to seek internal IT support which is not ideal considering we pay for the platform and support is included.

Reasons for switching to Replicon Time Tracking

We were looking for a tool that would allow us to track billable time more accurately across the globe.

Simple to use timesheet capture and management tool

A very easy to use tool for timesheets. The search feature saves lot of time while entering data. Also ability to copy or carry forward from previous week entries is also good.

We use it to track time off. It has done a good job.

It is easy to use. We use it to track time off. It is simple to view how many days off are available.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints for this software yet. We simply use it to view balances for paid time off and schedule days off.

Free from paper timesheet

I can submit, approve and reject timesheet online. Previously I had to submit paper timesheet. so I love this replicon.

Overall, the tool seems to be easy enough to use and understand without training, at least from an employee standpoint.

Pros:

Replicon is a decent, easy-to-use time keeping software. I use it daily to keep track of my work across dozens of CapEx and OpEx projects, helping my superiors with insights into where my time is going.

Cons:

Sometimes the hover tooltips over the line items (project name, etc...) cover the first day of the week and I need to select mouse focus elsewhere to be able to type where I intend to.

Reporting showed us which customers were being visited ( and which weren't) with a customer report we created for them.

Cons:

Had to ask support to open up some features, like Dashboard for instance, it's a free feature so should just be there when you sign up.

Replicon had all the features my customers needed, Time Tracking with GPS and facial recognition, Expenses and Leave, as well as good reporting.

Powerful tool; updates decrease functionality

It is a reliable product, however there is not an easy way to give feedback to the developers before an update/after and update.
