La funzionalità “Attività” è stata ideata per creare, assegnare e monitorare promemoria o richieste di intervento all’interno del gestionale per hotel. Ogni attività è caratterizzata da un nome e una descrizione, oltre a data di scadenza e assegnatario. Un aspetto chiave di questa funzionalità è la possibilità di collegare un’attività a una prenotazione, a un profilo cliente oppure anche ad un preventivo, consentendo di contestualizzare l’azione e di accedere rapidamente alle informazioni correlate.
