    This is the best project management tool

    With the help of slope, I myself save a lot of time and know how to use that time somewhere else. We are moving ahead because of this slope. This slope is very easy to track project. I myself recommend the slope to my client.

    If seen, Slope has a lot of great features but I find the best and most important feature is the collaboration tools and milestone tracking With whose help I save a lot of time. Also, the additional features that have been given in the slope are amazing. Because of which I feel great.
    Cons:
    Sometimes there is a problem in uploading my file and it also takes a lot of time. Apart from this, the size of some files has to be reduced, in which I have a lot of trouble. If you improve on the rest, it will be great.

    The best software for hotel!

    My overall experience has been exceptional. Slope is not just software; it's a true technological partner. It allowed us to take a leap in quality in managing our 70-room property, transforming a complex and scattered system into a fluid and automated ecosystem. From rapid check-in with iD Scan to price management with RMS Peak, every aspect of our work has improved, leading to greater efficiency and, most importantly, an increase in revenue. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for hotel management software.

    Slope is undoubtedly the best hotel management system available and has represented a real turning point for our luxury hotel. In addition to being easy for me and the entire staff to use, it offers all the tools we need within a single software. Having the PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine communicate seamlessly puts an end to all the nightmares associated with fragmented systems. This has led to unprecedented operational efficiency. Furthermore, being able to manage payments and quotes from a single suite (thanks to Slope Pay and the CRM) has allowed us to dedicate more time and attention to our guests, which is the most important thing. The widget they have for the booking engine integrates perfectly with my website thanks to an integration designed for WordPress. The dedicated applications also allow us to manage certain aspects like the restaurant. For example, "Taste by Slope" is the specific software for restaurant management, which allows you to manage orders, bills, and room charges smoothly, integrating directly with the guest's bill. Slope's support is a strong point: being a completely Italian solution, it offers assistance that deeply understands the national market's regulations and operational dynamics. This guarantees the hotelier a local and competent contact person, capable of quickly resolving specific issues (such as ISTAT and guest registration forms).
    Cons:
    Honestly, we find nothing to improve, as Slope is constantly evolving and adapts perfectly to our needs. In fact, we are enthusiastic about the recent implementations that further elevate the system's standard. The introduction of the RMS Peak module is a prime example, offering us even more sophisticated Revenue Management tools.

    L'esperienza complessiva con Slope è in continua crescita. Slope è un software che continua ad evolvere e che segue il mercato dell'ospitalità. L'ultima funzionalità che hanno sviluppato è Slope Pay che permette di gestire i pagamenti con carta secondo la normativa europea PSD2.

    Slope è stato scelto per diversi motivi, primo tra tutti perché in un unico software vengono offerte funzionalità fondamentali come PMS, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Preventivi, CRM, Slope Pay e contabilità. Nota di merito per i preventivi che si possono creare, utilissimi anche per l'invio di preventivi a gruppi e comitive.Il servizio assistenza è sempre pronto a dare consigli e a mettersi a disposizione per migliorare le strategie di vendita.

    Slope mette a disposizione dell'hotel un software unico che mi permette di gestire l'operatività quotidiana ma anche la vendita sui vari canali. Il nuovo booking engine che hanno creato è molto bello, come anche il modulo preventivi funziona benissimo. Il fiore all'occhiello lo hanno introdotto con il sistema di incasso Slope Pay. Assistenza ottima.
    Cons:
    Sarebbe ideale se si potessero creare dei task per gli operatori.

    Grazie per la recensione Mara. È ora possibile creare task per gli operatori in Slope. La funzionalità “Attività” è stata ideata per creare, assegnare e monitorare promemoria o richieste di intervento all’interno del gestionale per hotel. Ogni attività è caratterizzata da un nome e una descrizione, oltre a data di scadenza e assegnatario. Un aspetto chiave di questa funzionalità è la possibilità di collegare un’attività a una prenotazione, a un profilo cliente oppure anche ad un preventivo, consentendo di contestualizzare l’azione e di accedere rapidamente alle informazioni correlate.

    Ha una semplicità di utilizzo estremamente chiara e studiata per essere comprensibile da qualsiasi persona debba usarlo. Uno degli aspetti che merita essere menzionato, che i competitor non avevano o lo avevano ma era confuso o non completo è senza dubbio il modulo dei preventivi. Rende possibile realizzare facilmente preventivi accattivanti e tenerne traccia se il cliente apre il preventivo, quindi vi aiuta ad avere una visione o prospettiva sul futuro e mantenere un seguimento. Email marketing incluso con la possibilità di profilare i clienti per essere in grado di sfruttare al meglio le nostre news e promozioni mirate. Altro modulo molto ben fatto è dedicato alle governanti, semplifica la gestione delle pulizie in modo chiaro e visivo con la possibilità di addebitare direttamente dalle cameriere i servizi extra come ad esempio il minibar. Molto attenti come assistenza e molti aggiornamenti durante l'anno che ti mettono sempre al passo coi tempi.
    Cons:
    Il passaggio delle colorazioni del planning ha un passaggio in più che potrebbe essere migliorato mettendo questi comandi nel planning direttamente, è solo per una maggiore comodità dato che ogni clic sul mouse è importante.

    Ciò che mi è piaciuto di più di SLOPE è la sua semplicità di utilizzato, infatti è stato molto semplice far abituare i dipendenti al nuovo gestionale. È anche molto veloce e pratico nelle prenotazione e nell’organizzazione delle tariffe. Il modulo preventivi e l’integrazione con le OTA rende molto semplice la gestione.
    Cons:
    L’unica cosa che implementerei è la possibilità di aggiungere note nella sezione dei preventivi. Per il resto è super funzionale così completo come è.

    La prima cosa che vedo nei software è il supporto: il team di Slope c'è sempre e per qualunque cosa. Quindi questo basta ed avanza per comprarlo.

    Slope is very usable, simple and very complete. Despite its appereant simpleness features all the important skills required by a booking manager. I particularly appreciate the section reports where all the statistics help the management to have a quick overview on the business and the percentages of occupancy.
    Cons:
    there are just small things that I personally would change. They always improve the functionality of the program: many times this happens after a customer suggestion, thing that I find really unique.
