Big Fans of Easy Appointment Booking

I tried out Easy Appointment Booking after using a couple other Shopify booking apps that ticket some of the boxes but not enough. EAB offered more customizable features that worked with our offerings. I reached out for support and was really impressed with the timeliness and commitment to making the app work for us. From there, I've been blown away by how helpful the team has been and how much they've improved the app from where it was when we started using it. It offers incredible value for what we pay in monthly fees, especially when you compare it to the winery specific booking apps on the market.

Pros:

The customizability and functionality that allow me to book, charge and manage multiple unique offerings, all integrated into a very customer friendly booking experience. Also, the incredible service and support from a team of really nice people. And the price.

Cons:

Honestly, the team has made upgrades to improve or add on everything that would have been on my list to answer with here. They're constantly using feedback to improve the product. The interface for managing bookings can be a bit tricky at times but we love the Google Calendar integration so it's really not an issue.
