    Aegis CRM is best in class, but hard to use

    Cons:
    I think because the agency modified this software to make it work for a healthcare agency, there may have been some missteps.

    Web access from anywhere. Donor/partner profile module is easy to navigate and shows comprehensive snapshot of a person's involvement with org. The predetermined analytic reports are quick and easy to generate.
    Cons:
    Some of the more important features related to appeals/solicitations and events still has a developer view for the end user in my opinion.

    The software is very easy to navigate. For the most part, the tabs are self-explanatory. The "Help" videos were quite helpful when I first started using the program. I love the Live Chat feature. The people I have communicated with on live chat have been very helpful, kind, and professional.
    Cons:
    The queries and reports can be frustrating. I have yet to figure out how to actually pull a built in report. The queries are great, but I sometimes find that I have to do two different types of queries and merge them in order to get the information that I want. That can be time consuming.

    Great Replacement for our House Legacy System!

    We've been using Donor One for over two years and had nothing but success with the fundraising software and the organization as a whole. We highly recommend the software and organization.

    We did an extensive search to replace our aging Legacy system to save on cost, increase analytics, track inventory, improve on selections and acknowledgements, and to continue doing business with few interruptions. Not only did we find that Donor One fit our business plan, but the added bonus is the working relationship with their organization. I cannot stress the amount of assistance and recommendations they made during the conversion process and the continued support we receive from their organization. They have become true Partners in every sense of the word.
    Cons:
    We haven't been able to encounter any cons; we communicate and solve any issues when they occur.

    Conversion well thought through. Easy layout clean appeal coding and selection process simple query module campaign management and reporting is simple but robust
    Cons:
    some selection criteria is circular-requires complex subroutines no ability to write custom reporting
