It's ok to use until you have a problem. There is no online tutorial or any other kind of help.

Pros:

It's easy to enter time and other data. Once I found the right path it was fairly intuitive to use daily for time tracking. I like the client feature too.

Cons:

Terrible customer service. I have a problem that is preventing me from billing and tracking and it is taking them 4 business days to respond to each email. At this rate the problem will be resolved in another two weeks.

Pros:

It offers all the features we need and suits the way we work. The time tracker is a lot better than any alternatives I've tried (records start/end times, has start/stop & pause). The UX is simple but includes all the features we need as a small team and few of the ones we don't (e.g. we do need multiple hourly rates for different users/projects, but we don't need timesheet approvals).

Cons:

It was bought out around 4(?) years ago and there have been no updates or improvements since then. We have requested even minor new features and nothing has changed.

Reasons for switching to PayDirt Payroll

The product we were using before was taking years to develop a major new version.

A Browser Based Invoicing and Time Tracking Tool

This is a well-designed, easy to use service that provides useful services to freelancers, especially those just starting out. Even if your technical knowledge is limited, learning to use Paydirt takes little time. It’s intuitive and easy to figure out with just a look at the icons. Tracking your time spent working and invoicing for billing purposes, tax season, as well as personal motivation is a treat with Paydirt.
