Pros:

There is a lot to like about CheckProof - digital platform, going paperless - aligning all the checks we have withing the company, management of users checks and locations from 1 place and having it all central. Audit trails , Planned maintenance made a lot easier, Friendly staff the list goes on.

Cons:

Not much at the list at moment - if anything so feature request take time but to be expected

I like that the system is easy to use and the company really works with you to meet your needs. I also feel like the customer service that i receive is really good.

Cons:

Checkproof worked really well for Banner Contracts at the beginning just for managing our pre-start inspections on our mobile plant but with its intuitive functions, it quickly became our go to digital solution for almost everything including servicing schedule, stat inspection schedule, electronic health and safety folder and much more.

Cons:

Nothing now really, any gripes I had in the past have been altered, like some terminology for example that has been changed to better reflect the UK market.

When exporting to pdf, different options on layout for different documents would be good. QR codes for machines should be inc in the price for use of the occasional sub-contractors.
