About Alliance Phones

Alliance Phones is a cloud-based VoIP solution, which helps small to midsize enterprises facilitate communication for inbound and outbound calls. Features include call barging, extension transferring, paging, ring groups, blind transfer, pre-call announcement, and multiple auto attendants.

The solution allows managers to define call rules, manage call logs, record and scan calls. With its call whisper feature, supervisors can connect with agents without being noticed by the caller. Alliance Phones comes with an auto-attendant feature, which lets professionals customize the recorded greetings and on-hold music and automatically route internal and external calls.

Alliance Phones offers integration with different third-party applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Filemaker and more. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is email and phone.

Software is the best for it has reduced charges and also being toll free numbers is great

Software provides 24/7 customer service with multiple contact channels. Also have the caller ID Management, call forwarding control, extensions and toll-Free Numbers

Cons:

Customers incurs an extra call recording bill per-minute basis and relative higher pricing plans per month

Pros:

Our phone service is very crucial for our day-to-day business activities. Before Alliance Phones we had other VoIP Providers that told us we have to change routers, that we have to run another cables in the office and that we need to find another Internet Provider so we can get rid of our poor quality and occasional one-time audio calls. Alliance Phones Team did a great job and found the issue under 2 mins. It turns to be some kind of feature inside our existing router. In addition they did prioritization of the traffic. At the end we no longer have any quality issues nor one-way calls and we didn't install or change anything in our office! Thank you Alliance!

Cons:

I wish our numbers were ported to Alliance Phones a little bit quicker, but as far as I understand 10 business days is normal time to move a number from one provider to another.
