Great system with excellent support

App works well for tracking of clock in of operatives on our constructions sites, we use the briefings feature and inductions. Reporting is fantastic compared to other options on the market. Support is Fantastic, questions are answered very quickly. I have spoken with [sensitive content hidden] on numerous occasions and they are very happy to take on board feedback and usually come up with a neat solution.

Pros:

Cons:

Nothing really to note, we have used it for years and it works well. We do have some new features that would be useful to us but we know that Fareclock are open to new ideas for their system.

Fareclock provides good value for money and is very easy to access and use. The interface is simple, user-friendly, and convenient for daily time tracking. It helps employees clock in and out accurately without much training, which saves time and reduces errors.

Cons:

Sometimes the system becomes very slow while using it, especially during peak hours. This can cause delays when clocking in or out and may affect productivity. Occasional lag or loading issues can be frustrating for users who need quick access.

This means your devices must have a live connection to process a punch, making the speed dependent on your local internet during peak hours. If your team disables this requirement, the app will return to its native offline speed, eliminating those loading delays. Employee attendance and GPS location of the users. It provides the accuracy of the time punch and location of the user.

Cons:

The areas to improve on this app, I think it should be added some portion for the Time in and out when the user punch.

Hassle free & convenient , it is easy to use, available in offline too. You can easily monitor the clock in /out.

Cons:

When we encounter sometimes the delays in out time-in and time -out maybe because of our phone storage?

I like the support that we received from the team, though there are still features that still needs to be developed, the team’s commitment to support the company’s need is there.

I like that the customer support is available when needed and that they’re dedicated to resolve the concern.

Cons:

The features that need manual intervention that could have been automated. One example is the holidays that still needs to have another step in the attendance before you can proceed with payroll processing.

Reasons for switching to Fareclock

Our contract with our previous provider was already ending and we were looking for better HRIS provider.

Near Perfection and Reliable

Its effective and easy to use. I like how as a department we always go to fareclock for any changes and or submissions about our employees.

Cons:

It can be sensitive to changes, it's fast and sometimes a click leads to various changes. For example, one click on somebody's profile and while it loads you click on that same profile but the click goes to what was going to load after.

Extracting or exporting pdf report has error " Can't read properties of undefined", must be good feature if no error for easy extrating report

Fareclock Rocks

The overall experience with Fareclock is great. Of all of the different system out their I like Fareclock the best. Very affordable, can increase or decrease users as needed and very easy to use.

Sometimes it takes a little while to get a response and things are time sensitive but other than that the service is great.
