About ShareAspace D2M

ShareAspace Server is the secure, vendor-neutral backbone for multi-enterprise PLM collaboration. It acts as a neutral integration layer that consolidates data from internal systems into a single hub, extends the digital thread across organisations, and enforces access rights, traceability and configuration change control. Built on ISO standards including STEP and PLCS, it breaks down silos while preserving governance with full auditability.

Available on premises or in the cloud, ShareAspace scales from pilot to fleet and provides a through-life product repository. Core capabilities include master data management, document control for any file type, versioned parts with multi-level and cross-domain BOMs, configurable change workflows from lightweight to formal, effectivity and configuration management, data quality and maturity controls, powerful queries, task-driven work items and complete audit trails.

Nice, but overkill

Horrible data model. Too many features, too many options, too complicated setup for our current need.
