Effective and Productive

As I am mostly and daily involved in using my creativity being a designer before anything, admin-related work and figures are not my cup of tea. Therefore, if I can find an app/software or something that will ease the process no matter what, I don't think twice. UCTIVV was it for me. If you share my thoughts, you then know that THIS is what a good investment looks like, hands down.

Pros:

The interface is uber clean and nothing makes me happier than something straightforward and less time consuming to learn and get to operate instantly. You can easily see a clever mind behind this whole process with the initiative to help others sharing a common business barrier. Minimalization of admin processes is the way to go therefore allowing owners and entrepreneurs to really focus on the business itself.

Cons:

So far, I am super satisfied with what I have been offered. The help and guidance received, together with the patience and kindness in a timely manner, make UCTIVV in my opinion so much worth it!

Amazing system for HR and Payroll

Our HR department has never been so fast in processing payroll and generating reports whenever required for board meetings.

System was easily integrated with our currently main business platform and the transition from our old HR system was very smooth. Easy to navigate and manipulate the system.

Cons:

Data migration from our old system had to be rework a bit to be imported in Uctivv, but in the end the migration was successful.

Cheaper licenses, and easier to configure.

Reasons for switching to UCTIVV

The old system was becoming heavy and customization was difficult whenever there was an internal business change in our company. We wanted an HR Payroll platform that fits our culture and flexible enough to adapt any changes throughout the year.

Amazing Payroll and HR software! The user experience is absolutely exceptional. Love the self-service dashboard where employees can easily access their info at the click of a button. And the payroll process run is just awesome! Tried different solutions in the past, but always went ended up going back to excel somehow. Not anymore! Been waiting for ages for a software like Uctivv. Fantastic job!

None. Uctivv solves all problems I've faced in the past with previous HR & payroll solutions. Love it

Software review

Great payroll software for the region. Very user-friendly and simple to use from the self-service part up to the payroll process run. The self-service dashboard is super cool, giving a good snapshot of what every employee wants to see with quick access to the info they need. I would highly recommend it.

Uctivv is an extremely user friendly HCM and Payroll software. The customization ability with Uctivv is incredible. I love the user-friendly interface and that I have the ability to see all the leaves and time tracked during the payroll run process which is crucial in my industry. I also love self service portal which runs both on mobile and web very responsively without lagging. I would highly recommend!
