Sad to see this system go downhill so badly....

Over a 12 year period I watched / experienced a great system erode to a terrible system that costs more than its competitors. No one at the company cares about the customers anymore.

Pros:

Twelve years ago, before being sold over and over, this was a great system. Today, its just awful. Absolutely no customer support and the program is riddled with bugs.

Cons:

The cost is high, the service is so bad it's laughable ( ie taking 6 months to reply to a "critical ticket"), their accounts receivable department ( aka their billing department ) CONSTANTLY messes up the monthly invoices, and no one...not a single employee EVER makes good on what they say ( ie Ill call you back...).

Reasons for choosing Computer-Rx

At the time, the software was great and the company was privately owned. Today, neither is true.
