    I have used many HR Software systems for several Blue Chip Corporations. I have found HealthBox HR both intuitive and easy to use. The interface is logical and displays are clear. Approvals are easy and integrations seamless. The team are also very responsive. Would highly recommend

    Nothing. I can't fault anything about HBHR as yet! Everything has been perfect. Would be great if they can sort the LinkedIn recruitment integration soon.

    Easy to implement and use for the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment to on/off boarding, with automatic workflows and so many time-savers across an Ops/HR Team. The journey have been fully supported by the lovely [sensitive content hidden] :)

    An excellent service, and brilliant value for money

    Overall I am extremely satisfied with HealthBoxHR. They have clearly grown substantially as an organisation over the last couple of years, but their commitment so customer support has been unwavering. I find the system so easy to use, and its exciting seeing the system continue to grow and develop, without losing its simplicity or making it over complicated.

    The communication and client support are what I like most about HealthBox. Our dedicated account manager is easily reachable, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. The system its self is very user intuitive, we have a lot of feedback from end user employees who comment how much easier it is to navigate than our previous HRIS. Overall I think the system is excellent value for money. In my experience, HealthBox do not charge extra for support or developments, which other organisations seem to. They genuinely seem to want to help, and improve the system where they can to support their clients.
    Cons:
    As the system is newer than others, there are still developments going on, and improvements are still being made to support efficiency and automation. This can at times feel frustrating, that it isn't quite a finished system, however the journey I have had with HealthBox, working with them to develop areas of the system so it works for me, I would say is a benefit. It makes it feel very bespoke.

    Product was Access SelectHR - not an option in drop down. Primarily cost, but functionality was also an issue

    Pros:
    The integrated biometric time and attendance module gives us real time visibility of who is on site and has helped streamline staff planning across the organisation. The managed payroll service has been a success, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing in line with UK regulations. A standout feature is the platform’s AI capability, which allows us to access and interpret workforce data quickly, through a clean and user-friendly interface. The purpose-built mobile app has been a game changer for our team members who don’t have daily access to PCs. It enables them to book holidays and view payslips from home, making HR services far more accessible and inclusive for all staff.
    Cons:
    There is no follow up to the feedback requests we submit through the platform so we can't see what happens to the ideas we put forward. It isn't to say that changes aren't made, they are in some cases but it would be helpful to have more transparency of the road map HBHR are following in terms of development.

    One of the standout features has been the robust reporting capabilities. Having data readily available at our fingertips has significantly improved our ability to analyse trends and make informed decisions.     Nothing! We implemented HealthBoxHR in September 2024 and have been extremely pleased with the results. The system has been very well received by our staff, thanks to its simplicity and ease of use.     We have just rolled out HealthBox HR and have had an excellent experience so far. The transition from our old system to HealthBox was made seamless and having a single point of contact during the set up phase made asking any questions very straightforward. We are in our first month with the system and already have feedback from managers and employees that the HealthBox UI is much more user friendly and intuitive. From an admin perspective I would agree with this and the set up of the modules we use has been simple and effective
