The system creates invoices automatically, tracks payments, and simplifies billing procedures for easy financial management.     As a sole practitioner is a great to be able to access your patient notes wherever using the app. I like the ability to create custom forms and there is a great way to integrate this into clinical practice and the business
    Cons:
    Some of the new features in the program create obstacles to being able to make a clean consultation such as checking medical history, et cetera and I would like to be able to turn these off. I’m also disappointed that the price is increased quite a bit from when I first joined a few years ago

    The diary for appointments is great, clients get email confirmation & text reminders of appointments. They have always said how good the reminders are, it's really cut down on missed appointments. There support service team are so very helpful whenever needed.

    Too much time required to set it up to departments needs, not adaptable in viewing terms. We have not used it in the last two months.

    Not adaptable. does not allow you to add comments into cancelled appointments. Once cancelled they disappear. We cannot change the set up to how we need to view the screening, we need 10 columns showing 2 rooms mon-fri but this is apparently not possible. You have to scroll vertically constantly to view both rooms. Causes headaches and eye strain.
