Easiest payroll experience ever

Pros:

We run a small two-person business, and Payroller has made managing payroll incredibly easy with huge value for money. Setting up our employees and running pay runs takes just a few minutes, and the automated super and tax calculations save us so much time. They have just started offering automated payruns which I am very excited about.

Cons:

Customer support can be a bit slow, but I don't think it's any different from other services. Once the issue is picked up, it works well.

Easy, affordable, and reliable payroll software

Payroller has saved me so much time and stress when it comes to managing payroll. It’s affordable, straightforward, and reliable — exactly what small businesses need. The ability to generate payslips, manage timesheets, and stay compliant in one place has made running my business much easier.

Pros:

It’s incredibly simple to use and makes payroll fast and stress-free. I love that it’s ATO-compliant and that I can run pay runs and send STP directly without extra steps. The mobile app is also a big plus, as I can do payroll on the go.

Cons:

Nothing really. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first with setting up employees and super, but once it’s done, everything runs smoothly.

AVOID this crap service

REALLY TERRIBLE support. Billed incorrectly. Unable to send STP reports to ATO despite following instructions and calling ATO. weeks later still unresolved. What a waste of valuable time.

Online app previously used was great when there was phone customer support. Annual subscription increased and everything went down hill.

Cons:

Online Support is absolutely shocking. Not sure if they understand English but I have wasted countless hours writing to them explaining the issue.

The platform is very easy to use, and the customer support team is consistently friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

Cons:

Even though the integration options are somewhat limited at the moment, they are still sufficient for smooth operation and should not lead to any issues.

Honest Feedback.

Not great, as communication and follow-up isn't good. Also have had a payment come out of my bank account. I have followed this up and still no response.

Does make life easier, however if you hit an issue, direct communication is non exist. Have taken money from my account randomly, I followed this up and still no response.

Cons:

I cannot say the overall experience has been smooth. The lack of communication and assistance online.
