Game Changer for my Engineering Business

Excellent! We had a fairly quick transition process with minimal complications. I have been very pleased with the customer support for any questions we have or minor updates we think would be useful. The Aldoa team seems to be really motivated to build out more products and integrations which means I won't be stuck in 2025 forever but will continue to progress as the world changes.

Pros:
The integration of client tracking, project tasks, and a budget system really streamlines our process. As a small engineering firm, this really fills the gaps of being able to keep track of all of our products in a seamless system.
Cons:
I do a good amount of work in the field and the system is difficult to use on my phone.

The responsiveness of the team behind the software. When I first considered Aldoa, I made a list of the features I truly needed to make it worthwhile for our company. When I realized there was an important function it didn't have, the team added it within weeks. Although I was nervous about investing so much time in a relatively new software solution, I think the newness of it has been part of the strength. The engineers at Aldoa have taken time to solicit our feedback and seem to be regularly evolving and upgrading the software to suite their clients' needs. I feel like it is software that will grow with us as a company.
Cons:
We have found a few glitches, presumably because the software is new, and there are many ways to use each feature. But the company has been quick to respond and resolve them.

Aldoa is the perfect platform for small business, but it really can even be integrated for larger companies as well. Ease of use, many critical functions that help to ensure you are not missing revenue through time and expense tracking, poor budgeting, or task management. Aldoa is a one-stop software and provides transparency for the whole project team, so everyone has "ownership" on the project and can work toward meeting the project objectives on time and on budget.
Cons:
The only negative I have had so far with using Aldoa is syncing with Quickbooks desktop, but honestly I think that is on the Quickbooks side and not Aldoa. You do not have to sync or integrate the two softwares. You can use Aldoa for everything you need to run the "business" end of your business, including invoice generation. I just have several clients with very specific invoicing needs that it was easier for me integrate across the platforms (which I guess is really a "pro").

Aldoa automatically creates timeframes and tracks projects in one App, allowing for instance access for our whole team. There is no guesswork in wondering when something is due, or what was done on a project when a manager is out. Customer service is great, and we can add new features as we need them by working with the Aldoa team.
Cons:
While Aldoa aggregates all the projects together, navigating between them can be tough when you have 80-100 ongoing projects, This is another place we need to keep updated, besides our personal server, cloud, and accounting software.
