ServiSync is a field service management platform designed for companies with mobile workforces, such as cleaning, maintenance, or home service providers. It combines scheduling, HR, billing, inventory, and CRM into a single, integrated solution, enabling full operational control and automation. The service management module allows for both manual and automated job scheduling, with intelligent technician assignment based on availability and location. The mobile workforce app gives field staff access to real-time schedules, job details, attached documents or instruction videos, time tracking (check-in/out), and GPS navigation to job sites.

The human resources module centralizes employee data, manages absences and vacations, and enables automatic workforce reallocation to cover shifts impacted by sick leave or other absences. The real-time integration between HR and operations ensures continuous service delivery without disruptions. ServiSync's billing & treasury module automatically calculates each client’s account balance based on the active service contracts and billing terms. It guarantees that no job goes unbilled, automates recurring invoicing (retainers), and simplifies accoun...

        CleaningTime used another service management software that was much more expensive than Servisync, but it didn't have half the features. Servisync is a specific software for cleaning companies, both small and medium-sized businesses. We were able to optimize and improve our service management and our communication with customers, by sending emails and SMS.

        Pq em um sistema único eu consigo definir os serviços diários de cada equipa, definidos por prioridades, além que os colaboradores conseguem registrar o ponto.

        Mesmo com a internet boa, as vezes é um pouco lento a processar os comandos de atualização de páginas.
