Pros:

It's an all-around great tool. I've been impressed with the sponsored ads and DSP management, as well as the AI they've incorporated into building and managing campaigns.

Cons:

Custom reporting is not their strong suit. They have made updates, but it's honestly still kind of "clunky" in terms of the user experience. They have done a lot of work on it recently, so it's improving. It would be great if you could also customize the executive dashboard.

A Powerful, Flexible Tool That Grows With Us

Our experience has been excellent. The support team is responsive and quick to resolve any questions or issues. Communication has been smooth, and we’ve appreciated the ability to scale our usage based on our needs. Xnurta has even been flexible with pricing based on our specific account usage, which shows they really understand how to support agencies like ours.

Pros:

We love the level of customization available. Xnurta combines both AI automation and rule-based bidding, which gives us the flexibility to tailor ad strategies to each client’s needs. The platform is constantly being updated to stay aligned with Amazon’s newest features and trends, which makes it an invaluable tool for our agency. It’s perfect for managing multiple client accounts in one place.

Cons:

Because the platform has so many features, there was a bit of a learning curve for our team during onboarding. It took us about two weeks to get fully comfortable. But once we did, we were able to use it effectively without issue.

Got to grab that last $500!

Xnurta turned out to be a poor fit for our business. We had hoped the platform would replace an agency and automate our PPC campaigns with minimal input, but instead our ACOS worsened and we were told after the fact that manual campaign management would still be required. As a small seller, this was neither cost-effective nor practical. After removing our stores and revoking access, Xnurta still insisted on charging another $500 for a month of service we could not use, pointing to contract terms rather than showing flexibility or customer focus. While I can see how larger brands might benefit from their Amazon Marketing Cloud tools, in our case the experience was disappointing and not supportive of smaller advertisers.

The ability to change the overall weight that AI has on my campaigns and the budget tool that allows me to increase certain days' budgets easily.

Cons:

There are some functions that just don't seem to work well together. For example, having to disable AI to then add a campaign to the budget can be frustrating.

Pros:

Xnurta is a strong platform for managing both Sponsored Ads, DSP and AMC. The AMC audience builder is especially powerful and has opened up targeting options we wouldn’t be able to execute otherwise. DSP management is also one of the best I’ve seen, more flexible and customizable than Amazon’s native interface. The team is another big plus: they’re proactive, open to feedback, and quick to act. They stay on top of Amazon updates and are usually among the first to integrate new features or betas, which keeps us ahead of the curve. Data loading is fast, even when working across multiple accounts or large sets. Features like rule-based optimizations, keyword harvesting, and day-parting have made it easier to scale efficiently across multiple brands. AI features like smart campaign creation and AI-managed campaigns are a huge help and extraordinarily powerful.

Cons:

There’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re managing multiple marketplaces. Some areas of the UI could be more intuitive, but support is quick and helpful when needed.

Great. I use it on the daily basis and apply amazon strategies from there. It's the software use a lot of RAM so is difficult to open several tabs

Xnurta has an impressive level of sophistication. It is apparent that the tool was built by people who would actually use it. The amount of customization is amazing and unlike anything I've seen from competitors in the industry. Additionally, the level of client support is unmatched. The Xnurta team goes above and beyond to provide personalized support and training.

Cons:

Because there are so many capabilities it takes a bit to get used to the interface and get comfortable with the platform.
