Stratly - Streamlined membership and donation receipts

Excellent. Stratly provided me with a one on one demonstration of the application where I could ask specific questions. They also helped import data from old application so that I could get started quickly. [sensitive content hidden] is excellent and replies and answers all of the my questions quickly. He is very knowledgeable with the app.

Pros:

Ease of use and helpful reports. Stratly has excellent customer support as well as helps small non-profits by providing the application for free until organization grows to a certain size.

Cons:

We can't specify the order that campaigns are displayed on the donation web page. I would like to have a report that shows payment batches with donation orders and service fees for easy reconciliation.

Reasons for switching to Stratly

I was using several spreadsheets, editing word documents and typing in contact information with each donation. I was looking for an application that would streamline my donation processing as well as membership. Another reason was to use technology to mitigate error and have one database with all the information.
