My lifesaver for tracking my leads for my clients

Honestly didn’t expect much but it’s been solid af. It tracks all my biz calls, lets me see what's workin, and even records convos which helps a ton for training. I’ve tried other call tools before but this one feels built more for small biz owners like me. Solid tool [sensitive content hidden] !

Pros:

Tbh the best part is def how easy it was to setup call tracking. I’m not super techy but even I got it runnin quick. Being able to see which calls came from which ads or keywords was a gamechanger. No more guessin where leads came from. Also the missed call alerts?saved me a few deals for real.

Cons:

At first it took me a min to figure out some of the routing stuff. Felt a little confusing til I reached out to support. They helped fast though, so no big deal. Would be cool if the mobile version (via safarai) was a lil smoother but it still gets the job done.

Best value call tracking software purpose built for lead generation

Great call tracking product purpose built for lead generation agencies. Excellent value for money especially at scale. Couldn't find anything else on the market that came close to Dialhawk in terms of value at scale.

I scoured the market and tried many different call tracking software prior to finding about Dialhawk. Dialhawk is the best value call tracking software for lead generation agencies out there that I've come across plus it has some great features like the form submission to phone call feature that is a massive value add for clients

Cons:

Very few complaints. Dialhawk is fantastic. It would be sweet if they integrated form submissions into their call tracking report so that all leads collected would appear in the same location. this would make it easier to show the value of the service we provide to clients

Reasons for switching to DialHawk

Dialhawk was way cheaper at scale. Since I saw myself in the business long term I made the switch even though at the time Callrail was still cheaper as I was just starting out

Dial Hawk Is The Best Software for Lead Generation Business

I've been using Dial Hawk for almost 4 years now and honestly, I don't know how I'd run my business without it. I do lead generation, so having call recordings and good monthly tracking is super important—and this software makes it all easy. I've tried other tools before, but they always came up short. Dial Hawk lets me send reports to clients quickly and without the hassle and invoicing is a breeze with all the call details included. It's super easy to learn too—took me just a few minutes to get the hang of it. Thanks to Dial Hawk, I’ve made thousands. Highly recommend!

Dial Hawk is incredibly user-friendly and makes it super easy to navigate through and access past call recordings. I love how simple it is to find and listen to what you need and you can add notes to every recorded call for reference. Another great feature is the ability to send out invoices—everything looks clean and professional, which really makes a great impression on customers.

Cons:

The least thing I didn't like about Dial Hawk is that it doesn't allow you to receive text messages from a customer using the Twillio provided number.

It was hard to navigate these softwares and they were charging too much per month to use especially Call Rail.

Simple Flat Rate Call Tracking Platform

Allows me to quickly & easily set up tracking numbers for existing & new customers without having any phone numbers locked into a third party platform (outside of Twilio).

Flat rate platform that allows the use of a connected Twilio account with no mark up on numbers & usage (Twilio charges only). Support is very responsive to bug reports & feature requests.

Cons:

A few reporting & notification issues over the years. Some have now been updated & some are related to limitations with the Twilio platform.

DailHawk is the perfect tool for its defined purpose.

Overall, the support is excellent. The functionality is perfect for its intended purpose. The resulting invoice and report that is generated is ideal for justifying the billing, and the saved conversations of calls also make it provable as a justification for the billing amount to the client.

Pros:

I like the call tracking and invoicing functions for their directness and simplicity once set up properly. It is the perfect tool for its purpose. It is the best of several that I have tried in the past. It has a depth of features not immediately apparent to new users but very much appreciated once I dived deep into the inferred features that it also possesses.

Cons:

I wish the training included step-by-step instructions in print instead of video training that assumes familiarity with the topics and options. The video training is excellent, but it moves too quickly through some topics that are apparent to the founder but not to newbies like me.

DialHawk is awesome. Cheapest and easiest way out there to track calls and do lead generation. Running ads and marketing without tracking is senseless.

Cons:

I'm pretty hard pressed to find anything wrong with DialHawk other than having to pay for it. Can't have everything I guess.
