About Infrasys POS

Infrasys POS is a restaurant management solution that helps hospitality businesses manage orders, menus, sitting arrangements, and other operation via a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to design a custom dashboard to display menu items in multiple languages, capture customers’ signatures, and accept credit card payments.

Infrasys Cloud offers various features such as automated recommendations, check splitting, offline access, tableside ordering, takeout and delivery management, coupons management and more. It lets administrators create and organize promotional campaigns, waiter instructions, client menus and other information from a centralized repository. Additionally, managers can gain insights into orders and sales by groups or locations via reports.

Infrasys Cloud facilitates integration with a variety of third-party applications including Salesforce, Aspen, Pegasus, Alipay, Infor HMS, Givex, SysPro and more. Pricing details are available on request and support is provided via FAQs, email and other online measures.

One of the Best Solutions for POS systems

The system is reliable, easy to use and with a great team behind it. And also have a very competitive price. I love the installation team, is great and friendly they help you thru all the process and answer all your questions about the software.

Pros:

- Easy to use - Great integrations with Oracle Opera - Great Installation Team. - Great Customer Support.

Cons:

- Some issue with Opera Interface at the Beginning but after few tweaks everything works smoothly.

Reasons for choosing Infrasys POS

First, they support. All the guys who works with them love it. Also, the price is competitive and they give to us more personalization options.

Reasons for switching to Infrasys POS

The customer service from Aloha is the worst, also we have several terminal that doesn't work and never received a straight proposal to make them work.

Good Software for Hospitality Business

Pros:

Infrasys Cloud POS is very user friendly and easy to use in the outlet. Menu and item management, table assignment and print management is praise worthy. Report viewing and generating is also very user friendly. Support from Infrasys team takes a little while but once connected they do their job diligently.

Cons:

Check Printer is directly configured to the local ip address of the POS terminal with which its connected. If the POS terminal ip changes then check printer needs to be reconfigured. Infrasys team should really workaround for this part. Either make it possible for us to configure directly with the hostname of the POS terminal or tweak something so that there will be no need for assigning static ip for the POS terminal.

The after sales support and service are superb. I think they provide a lot of services. The system is user friendly interface.

Cons:

From my side is nothing, i have seen the service where by other Business unit use shiji web ordering which really neat.

Pros:

What i love most about Infrasys POS is that it's easy in terms of mobile use thus easier for Food restaurant Management with the availability of customer support which allows us to direct communicate with the team.

Cons:

The time it takes to download a start to end date data. Processing is very slow. Since it takes too long to process a data. Therefore, our time is wasted. Secondly, due to internet or back end factor a check does not gets posted and we have to manually reprocess it.

Proper system

Going very well, the system helps us quite a lot with our internal reports, with precise numbers and infos. Sometimes it could be a bit overcomplicated but only in few occasions.

Infrasys Cloud POS fast and reliable POS for Resort Food and Beverage operation

In overall experience since we have install at 2017 , were one of happy costumer of Infrasys cloud POS .the system was fast and reliable to manage and operate high volume of Food and beverage transaction . Mobile order improve a lot of our large resort operation - our waiter able directly key in the order on mobile devices and in same time food order printer at kitchen for production . Managing of menu item and system administration very easy can do anywhere and able schedule release or update the menu .

Pros:

-It's real cloud base and Realtime sync , user able work and manage the system from anywhere - The POS System serve very fast on operation , easy administration menu and system . -Secure with all aspect of action transaction capture in logs . - No proprietary hardware and OS , can work on Windows Base OS also iOS and Android - Reliable of system performance , very minimum down time - Superior of support team , all issue fixed timely manner . Most of issue able fixed under an hours - The development team always hear voice of costumer - all bug fix release immediately and new feature also improve operation - Flexible reporting module

Cons:

The subscription model per devices a bit of expensive for property that have devices more then 20 - but that make sense for all high quality system feature and support .

Compare with feature especially menu management and administration of system Infrasys Cloud POS more easy to operate and serve real cloud base system .

Reasons for switching to Infrasys POS

Previous system are outdated and running using on premise server only - also the not to easy managing and operate .
