About enterProj

EnterProj is a cloud-based project management suite suitable for large businesses in the automotive industry, IT development and engineering, among others. It offers project management features including budgeting, change and issue management, customer relationship management (CRM) and time tracking.

The core module houses project information, enables team communication, time management, issue tracking and resolution, documents management and more. Budget and time tracking across different projects allows users to compile multi-year reviews to support forecasting and resource planning.

Customer relationship and event management tools help users document customer contact information, share files and track customer meetings. Users can also track investments, selling prices, costs and income statements for each project or combined statements for a group of projects, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable. Supplier information, including supplier scorecards, can also be tracked with enterProj.

Support is offered via email. Monthly and annual subscription options are available.

enterProj Application/Tool

At Visteon, the enterProj is very critical to the company. We use the enterProj at all the levels. We use enterProj to maintain Project Timing, execute VPDS and serve as the central repository for key project data. With enterProj, teams have the ability to globally communicate real time information related to Timing, Risks, Issues, Opportunities, Plant and Launch Readiness information, EI and component Parts, Facilities and Tooling, Suppliers, Document management, TGR/TGW - lessons learned, Program and Operational changes, VQF management, Customer Relationship Management, eFIN project financial management and all related activities associated with managing a Forward Model and Current Model project. enterProj is the Visteon comprehensive solution to manage complex project management requirements. Overall, we are very happy with the enterProj. The Enterproj support team is always willing to help us. They understand business requirements very well, and always come up with the right solution. I would definitely recommend this tool to any company.

NGS is a small cosy company who work hard to make sure the client are happy with their product, support and work relentlessly to improve the product to satisfy clients needs. They are easy to access and have a sound support model. Overall the product is money's worth. Users overall the globe love the product

1. Small Company 2. One on One support any time during the week and during the weekends 3. Gives more emphasis on clients needs and address them professionally and quickly 4. With minimum training user can pick up the tool and become an expert quickly

Cons:

1. Being a small company might make you wonder what will happen if they go belly up. 2. user interface can be better 3. even though useability is easier the point and click can be reduced

Program/Project Management Tool

We have had great experience here at Visteon using/developing/deploying the Program Management tool enterProj. We utilize all modules in the enterProj suite of tools (Program Management, Program Financial Modeling, Time Reporting, Engineering Resource Management, Project Appropriation Request, Problem Resolution (8D), Supplier Report Card (Manage supplier performance/Quality and Delivery ratings) and Process Management). It does not matter if you are the project leader, manufacturing engineering or purchasing analyst in any part of the world all the data from your projects are always in real time
