Cons:

You may find it hard to integrate this tool with other external ones like CRM.

I like that it's simple to set up and the customer service is very helpful. They've made at least 3 custom reports for me at my request.

Cons:

I wish I could create my own custom reports using any field & rename field headers as needed without having to ask customer service to create one for me.

🚀 1. The Onboarding Experience Users generally report a very smooth start. Because the system is menu-driven and avoids complex "all-in-one" ERP clutter, administrators can set up projects and tasks quickly. Initial Impression: Professional and stable, though the design feels slightly "classic" rather than modern. Learning Curve: Almost non-existent for staff. Most employees can start logging time and uploading receipts with less than 5 minutes of instruction.

Better Technology

So far it has been a 10 out of 10 for me. I am able to move about worry free and still have access to what I need as far as my time and work balance. Allows me to confidently keep track of my schedule and time.

Being able to log in anywhere without any hassle, Very convenient when on the go. Stress free, not having to worry about clocking in and out, east time management.

Cons:

No cons for the moment, just started using the app so hopefully we don't come across any bugs or issues.

The initiation and integration of the platform was seamless, employees and managers found it simple to use and as an administrator I found the platform easy to navigate.The best features of MindSalt is the fact that the system can be customised to best fit the needs of the business or function/department. The utility of the reports is where I found the most value, as an HR Manager this function made my job much easier and I was able to produce useful reports for management in a matter of minutes.The stand out for me personally was excellect service from the support team, both in the initiation phase and after setup was completed. The team went above and beyond to assist with every request or query I threw at them.

Cons:

None, no complaints and no cons. MindSalt delivered exactly what was promised and the support team are superstars.
